Once the equipment is delivered, it simply needs to be connected to a flue system, allowing for immediate use without the need for further installation. This innovative feature not only saves time but also reduces logistical complexities often associated with cremation equipment deployment.

Digital Display System

Our cremation machine features a touchscreen interface that allows for automated control of the operational process. Additionally, it can be upgraded to be controlled via our mobile app. To further enhance user convenience, we also offer remote internet connectivity for system updates, checks, and maintenance for the equipment.

The digital display system will show information related to the cremation process, including oxygen levels and duration of cremation, enabling staff to monitor the cremation process in real-time and intervene manually if necessary.

Structure and Material

Burning and Control System

This furnace model is an efficient combination type with a secondary combustion system. The main framework is made of Q235 steel, and the exterior is finished with high-temperature electrostatic spraying, customizable according to customer requirements. The furnace chamber is expertly constructed using T-3 refractory bricks and high-temperature adhesive, while the arched prefabricated components are formed in one go using high-pressure casting materials. After long-term high-temperature use, these components will not loosen or detach, and they can withstand temperatures up to 1400 degrees.

Our burner combustion system features an intelligent one-button automatic ignition function, utilizing aluminum oxide ceramic ignition electrodes and an ion probe flame detector for enhanced safety. In the event of a flameout, the system can automatically alarm to prevent explosion risks. The electrical control system operates on a 380V supply (with converter options available for local voltage) and has a total power of 11KW. It includes one electrical box and two automatic ignition control systems, as well as a 3.0KW, 380V induced draft fan and a 1.1KW, 380V furnace door motor.
